Maanda Tshifularo

Maanda is the CEO and founder of SuperLead Advisory and a faculty member at the University of Pretoria's Gordon Institute of Business Science. He is also a board member of Alpha South Africa bringing extensive experience in strategy and leadership consultancy. He has worked for top firms such as Deloitte Consulting and McKinsey & Company and also held management and executive roles at companies such as MTN SA, Discovery Health, and 1Life Insurance.

Maanda was named one of the Mail & Guardian’s Top 200 Young South Africans in 2019 and one of Junior Chamber International’s Top 10 Young Persons in South Africa. He recently completed and submitted his final PhD dissertation at the University of Johannesburg and completed an Executive Development Program at the Wharton Business School. Maanda is a talented facilitator, podcast host, and summit moderator, as well as an Integral Coach®. He is currently pursuing a General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
